Free delivery and setup includes one trip to your delivery location within 30 miles of our sales office lot. You must provide cement cap blocks or provide a level pad to place the structure on. A clear path at least 2ft wider than the building must be provided.

Siding

Three siding materials are available:

• LP Smart Siding. #1 rated composite wood siding.

• Preasure Treated T1-11. Stained.

• Painted Galvalume Metal.

Roof

OSB roof decking is used for superior roof strength. We have a variety of Metal roofing or Architectural shingles. There are no additional charges for standard colors.

Our Rent-To-Own option allows monthly rates that are comparable to mini-storage rates.

Floor

All buildings come with 5/8 pressure treated or LP Smart Flooring for no extra charge. 2x4 floor joist on 16-inch center standard. 4x6 pressure-treated runners. Upgrades available-2x6 floor joist, 3/4 flooring, and 12 inch on center joist

Walls

All walls are framed with 2x4's. 16" on center LP Smart Siding. 24” double studded every 48" on T1-11 pressure-treated siding.
